Sculpt Yoga

Yoga Sculpt is a yoga-based practice that includes resistance training to train muscles underused in Vinyasa to encourage functional movement. Focus on back, core, and upper body strength. 

Recommended: a set of light and heavy weights (can use water bottles and wine bottles), a small towel, a water bottle to drink from, and spotify account to stream the playlist.
