Ryan Ascolese’s corporate yoga flow is designed to address problems specific to the modern office workplace. I offer moderately paced, beginner-friendly yoga designed to alleviate the effects of chronic sitting on the body and chronic stress on the mind. Studies have shown that practicing yoga can decrease stress, promote relaxation, and improve sleep.
Office yoga is aimed at all levels of students, from complete beginners to regular practitioners. The class is designed to leave students relaxed, energized, and ready for their day. Yoga sessions can be modified to meet the needs of your unique office population.
